  We had a family function in hope a few week ago and I booked a block of rooms. As the function got closer we had some cancellations etc, Rani and her team was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and stocked with the necessities. I would highly recommend this hotel in Hope BC. Thank you Rani, we will be back. Regards, Shannon :)

  Worst ever customer service! I totally won't recommend anyone to stay in this absolutely poor service hotel! The lady ?manager doesn't really know to value their customers, even asking little things like having new sets of clean towels she will give you all the reasons not to provide you one eg. There's no housekeeping and they're closed now (9:45 PM). Also, they advertise that they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but they actually don't have! They will tell you to go to the city's recreation centre if you'd like to go swimming. The hallway is totally dark and no lights... Definitely, not coming back to this place ever again!

  Room was clean but smelled musty and smaller than I expected for the $100 a night. Needs a major update. Bathroom was a little dirty like they cleaned the mirror with a dirty rag and the toilet seat was broken in a few spots. Their website boasts an indoor pool but upon asking later after we checked in they said there was no pool even though their website clearly advertises and shows photos of it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good for a one night stay but I'll probably check out a different one next time I'm in town.

  Out dated decor. Plugged sinks. Leaking pipes. Very old but you pay for what you get

  Good service and clean, but the beds were quite aged and the paths and stairs weren't shovelled or de-iced (I ended up falling).
