  The food, coffee and service was terrible. Food was bland tasting and left an awful after taste. They forgot one item we ordered and we had to go up and ask for it after they took the number from our table and we waited for a few minutes. Had a Cinnamon Honey latte and all you could taste was the dry cinnamon power even after I stirred it. Asked for both coffees in to go cups, got the latte in a to go and the regular in a cup. Had to ask for a to go cup. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers and very slow. Was recommended by a friend who had been there a few years ago, will let them know it is not worth the stop anymore

  Place is pretty good. Only place in Hope you get a coffee house experience and all the travelers to the interior stop here. .. So .. it is Stupid busy even though they have enlarged their premises.

  What an amazing selection of delicious baked goods! The cinnamon bun was really yummy with my espresso, and my daughter enjoyed her sausage roll and soy latte. I saw several gluten free options available as well. There are t-shirts and hoodies for sale so I bought one as a Canadian souvenir for my hubby! The vibe is busy and bustling with plenty of tables and comfy sofas to sit on. I'd definitely return to the Blue Moose!

  Blue Moose is a coffee shop first that likewise sells a smaller selection of baked goods made by them along with sandwiches and other 'lunch stuff'. Sweets didn't look as enticing as I had hoped; more specifically, I went with the date square, because the other baked goods, like their cinnamon buns, looked a bit dry. A date square is always a good choice in cases like this, and I do like date squares. -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"
