  I asked if a certain muffin had a filling. She said she didn't know and stared blankly at me. I asked if she could find out. She then paged the kitchen and they said that this particular muffin does have a filling. Perfect!!!!! I order the muffin. As I'm eating it I'm expecting a filling. Well I'm halfway through the muffin and there's no filling. I went back inside and explained that there was, in fact, no filling. She said 'well it's not my fault. The kitchen told me that it had filling' I said 'oh okay interesting. Well hopefully it doesn't happen again' she then gave me a cheesy smile and said 'you have yourself a great day' in a cheesy lil voice.

  We went to Tim's for lunch. At 2:20 they were basically out of soup. French onion and vegetable.They close at 10:00.PM What do they serve in the meantime? Not much in the way of donuts. The steak sandwich was tough eating. I am considering a change of venue for lunch when I go to Chilliwack in the future. The staff was not at all sympathetic about being unable to satisfy four of our requests. Sad!

  This is the Tim Horton's I tend to use on my trips to and from the coast. The service has been good and the food/coffee is well... Tim Horton's. Not the best, not the worst. However, they are open later in the evening to get my half coffee, half hour chocolate before I go over the Coquihalla.

  I can't express how imperative it is for staff to know the menu. Saying that, I mean that the staff should know what is on or in certain menu items. I'm not saying they should know every ingredient, but should know if a muffin has filling or not. Simple.

  Staff at this location are terrible! They are miserable, have bad attitudes and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never argue with a customer! If I order a tea, I want a tea. Three times I have been given a coffee and everytime I notice I come right back or tell them right when they give it to me. Every time they have argued with me that it is not from their store. The last time I asked for management and the young boy said there wasn't one and shut the window on me. Now every time I come there he gives me dirty looks and doesn't say anything to me at all. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. It doesn't even deserve a star!

  Horrible wait. Bathrooms out of order. Stink of floors dirty and tables a mess. If not for 2 hungry kids would have walked out. I will never stop at hope Tim Horton again. We took our order and ate in the car. At least it was warm and clean in there.
