  My chief concern with this place is the lack of communication. My daughter had her drivers' test scheduled with them. They called her a little after she had made the appointment, and asked if she would like to take her test early. She did not feel prepared, but agreed because they assured her that she would be able to retake the test on the day that she had scheduled earlier. She took the test and did not pass. No problem, right? She could take the test later. She practiced and felt prepared on the day it was scheduled. She showed up to take her test, and they informed her that she did not have an appointment. They had cancelled her appointment when she had taken the earlier date, in spite of their assurances to the contrary. The next available appointment was months away, and by that time she would no longer be in town, because she was attending university. This exact same scenario took place with a friend's child as well. I feel like the office is disorganized and unwilling to look for creative ways to solve the problems that they created.

  Long wait, staff member left to go 'to the bank' when many customers waiting.

  They do a good and efficient job, just got the front of the building redone as well :)
