  The comment below is talking about Chrissy at Hope Pharmasave, to my knowledge there is no “Chrissy” working at this store. Hope Pharmasave has always been friendly and helpful, I enjoy shopping at this store because of the variety of options for gifts and cosmetics. Hope Oharmasave is a great asset to our town.

  Buyer Beware!!! I gave a one star because i could not give a zero...My wife bought an Oxylift Skin Rejuvinater from Joanne in the cosmetics dept. Jan. 13 ,2018. She made the mistake of not asking the stores return policy and it was not given. After 4 days of use the Oxylift unit quit working. It turned out the unit sold us was a model from 10 years ago according to Cathi Graham of Oxilift. We went back to the store on Sat. Jan. 20, 2018 and was told we could exchange it if we wanted by Joanne. We decided to get our money back because of the short time the unit actually worked. We were told we would have to come back Tues., Jan. 23, 2018 to talk to Monica, the Store Manager, for a refund. On Tuesday the 23, we first were greeted by Joanne and told we would not be given any refund because it was an electronic part that actually touched the skin. We then asked for an exchange and was told that we were given the wrong information the Saturday before and that they did not warrant the product at all We asked to talk with the Store Manager and was told by the manager that they were just the "Middle Man" and once they got our money , they had no responsibility for our customer satisfaction and we had to deal directly with the manufacturer. We later found they were actually paid by Oxylift to sell and warrant their product. As we tried to further our case as long time customers of the Hope Pharmasave, and that we had read online that the manufacturer was difficult to deal with, which was totally false, and expected their help, we were cut off by the store manager and told enough and motioned my wife and I out of the store as if we were acting-up teenagers and not senior citizens. It turned out that Hope Pharmasave is difficult to deal with and Cathi Graham of Oxilift was very helpful and easy to deal with. This was a learning experience that cost us $35.00 extra with warranty fees and shipping charges because Hope Pharmasave did not want to do their job, and have only to say "Customer beware of the Hope Pharmacy. I cannot deal with a pharmacy that I cannot trust. All we got was misinformation and no help at all.
